| The Firm Founded in 2001 by Kelly “KJ” and Nancy Kuchta, Forensics Consulting Solutions, LLC (FCS) has quickly become of one the premier E-Discovery companies in the country. Facilities FCS’ home office is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Arizona, in a 11,000 square foot facility that includes secure forensics and litigation support laboratories, and a secure evidence vault. In addition, the facility includes secure data storage and access for client data.
