Founded in 2001 by Kelly “KJ” and Nancy Kuchta, Forensics Consulting Solutions, LLC (FCS) has quickly become one of the premier E-Discovery companies in the country. The company’s phenomenal growth garnered it a spot as one of Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2008 as well as a ranking of #26 on the Top 100 Business in the Phoenix Metro Region. Facilities
FCS’ home office is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Arizona, in an 18,000 square foot facility that includes state-of- the art security for our forensics and litigation support laboratories, and a secure evidence vault. In addition, the facility includes secure data storage and access for client data.
The new offices of FCS boast a beautiful new environment for our employees and our rapidly growing company, as well as a new data center for our client’s data. At FCS, we have always prided ourselves on maintaining a secure environment for our clients’ data, but the new offices and data center have enabled us to achieve even higher levels of data and site security.
FCS’ new data center is 2,500 square feet and includes fire-resistant walls and doors with floor-to-ceiling steel mesh embedded throughout, and motion-activated surveillance cameras in virtually every part of the facility. Our new evidence area includes motion sensors, FM200 fire-suppression system, and biometric security systems.
The FCS server area is equipped with an APC InfraStruXure® server room rack and cooling storage system. InfraStruXure® is an innovative architecture for network-critical physical infrastructure that fully integrates power, cooling, and environmental management within a rack-optimized design.
FCS has gone to great lengths to ensure that we have a constant power supply by utilizing redundant generators and cooling towers. The facility is also wired to multiple city power grids, so our clients can be assured that we are up and running at all times.
A Focus on Cost Containment
The exponential increase in the amount of data generated and stored by organizations today has made electronic discovery a significant cost of any litigation, DOJ or M&A review process. We work in concert with our clients to provide access to the best processes and most cost effective technology possible to achieve a successful outcome while containing costs.
One example of our commitment to cost containment is our alliance with Attenex® Corporation and the integration of their
Patterns® E-Discovery Software into our suite of tools. The addition of the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform® provides FCS Consultants and clients with quick visibility into case facts, significantly accelerating early case analysis.
This marriage of concept search technology, accelerated culling, and extensive industry experience has already paid great dividends for our clients. We are now able to reduce electronic discovery review processing times and their costs to a fraction of what they would be using traditional methods.
